How to Use MillySleep: Find Your Mattress in 9 Quick Questions

Choosing a mattress should not feel like guesswork. MillySleep Mattress Match asks nine quick questions about how you sleep, then gives you your Good, Better and Best mattress picks, scored against expert reviews and real customer ratings. You can add an adjustable base to make it even better. Here is how it works.

Step 1: Open MillySleep

Choose MillySleep in the main menu. It takes you to the Mattresses & Bases page, where the MillySleep Mattress Match box is at the top. Press Find My Mattress.

Step 2: Answer nine quick questions

Tap an answer for each question and MillySleep moves on. A counter in the corner shows how far along you are.

1. How do you usually sleep? Side, Back, Stomach or Combination.
2. How much do you weigh? Under 130 lbs, 130 to 230 lbs, 230 to 300 lbs or over 300 lbs. Body weight changes how firm a mattress feels to you.
3. How tall are you? Under 5'6", 5'6" to 6'1", or 6'2" or taller. This helps suggest the right size.
4. Do you sleep hot or cold? I sleep hot, Just right or I sleep cold.
5. Any aches when you wake up? No pain, Lower back, Shoulders or hips, or Neck.
6. Do you share the bed? I sleep alone, With a partner, or With a partner and I'm a light sleeper.
7. What feel do you like? Not sure (you pick), Soft and plush, Medium or Firm.
8. What size do you need? Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, Cal King or Split King. Queen is the most popular.
9. What is your budget for the mattress? Under $800, $800 to $1,800, $1,800 to $3,500, or no limit. You will still see Good, Better and Best so you can compare.

MillySleep shows you three mattresses, scored against expert reviews and real customer ratings, so you can see what each step up gets you.

Step 4: Add an adjustable base (optional)

An adjustable base lets you raise your head or feet for reading, watching TV or comfort. MillySleep lets you add one to make your pick even better.
