4-Year Furniture Care Protection Plan

Protect your new furniture against everyday accidents and incidents for 4 years, for one flat rate.

What's Covered

The plan covers accidental damage to eligible furniture from a single, sudden incident, such as:

• Food, beverage and household stains and spills
• Rips, tears, cuts and punctures
• Burns and heat marks
• Scratches, chips and gouges to wood and hard surfaces
• Accidental breakage of frames, legs, drawers or hardware

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, fading, soiling or gradual damage over time
• Intentional damage, misuse or abuse
• Damage from pets (chewing, scratching or clawing)
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or cleaning products
• Commercial, rental or business use
• Items not purchased on the same order as the plan
• Damage that occurred before the plan was purchased

How It Works

1. Add the plan to your cart when you purchase your furniture. One $149 plan covers the eligible furniture on that order.
2. Coverage starts on the date your furniture is delivered or picked up and lasts 4 years.
3. If an accident happens, contact us within 30 days of the incident.
4. We review your claim and, at our discretion, arrange cleaning, repair, replacement of the damaged part or item, or a store credit.

How to File a Claim

Email online@furnituresourcefl.com or use our Contact Us page with:

• Your order number and the name on the order
• The date and a short description of what happened
• Clear photos of the damage and of the item

Please do not attempt to clean or repair the damage yourself before contacting us, as this may affect your claim.

Plan Rules

• The plan must be purchased at the same time as the furniture it covers.
• The plan covers the original purchaser at the original delivery address and is not transferable.
• Coverage ends 4 years after delivery, or earlier if covered items are replaced or the purchase price is refunded.
• You may cancel the plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if no claim has been filed.
• We may require an inspection of the damaged item before approving a claim.
